Description

We have heard it a hundred times: we have a cybersecurity workforce shortage. The longer we let the problem perpetuate, the harder it will be to fix. This panel will examine one way to help fill the skills and confidence gap in cybersecurity – apprenticeships. By leveraging this training model, tech companies are able to put more workers into jobs quickly and with the requisite skills needed both from classroom and on-the-job perspectives.
